Relationship Counselling We all know to see a doctor for an ache or cough or the flu that won’t go away. But where can you turn if your relationship needs a bit of a fix or help? relationship-counseling-durban

“RELATIONSHIPS DON’T LAST BECAUSE OF THE GOOD TIMES; THEY LAST BECAUSE THE HARD TIMES WERE HANDLED WITH LOVE AND CARE”

We are unable to see our relationships objectively and most people are far more aware of how their partner is contributing to their problems in the relationship than they are, hence why we sometimes need a third party’s perspective or help!

A lot of factors can contribute to you needing some help…

With a deep passion for helping couples build lasting, fulfilling relationships. I specialize in working with couples navigating communication challenges, trust issues, intimacy struggles, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and rooted in evidence-based practices such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe every couple has a unique dynamic, and I tailor each session to support your individual goals as well as the shared goals of your relationship.
Whether you’re facing ongoing conflict or simply want to strengthen your connection, my mission is to help you rediscover understanding, empathy, and connection in your partnership.
Let’s work together to create a safe, supportive space where both partners feel seen, heard, and valued.

  • You might feel you are growing apart
  • Or you have been having a lot of conflict and don’t know how to resolve things
  • You are feeling resentful towards your partner and you don’t know how this all started or how to feel better about your partner
  • Feeling like Divorce is the only answer, but not sure if you actually honestly able to go through with it
  • Or one of you might of strayed and you not quite sure how to put yourself back together again.
  • Major life changes or high levels of stress can put pressure on a relationship, too

Whatever the cause, I believe it’s best to treat relationship problems sooner rather than later, just as you would an illness, you should seek counselling. The sooner you get help the better the chances of success. I love helping couples find their way back again.
